We are a developer in select cities that converts challenged sites into developable sites. We are well positioned for growth with the relationships we have developed. The sizes of the projects are generally less than 20 acres.

We are also developer in Southwest Ohio who builds communities of "Epcon" homes. We are viewed as a leader in the industry. We have achieved this by focusing on building life long relationships and adhering to the Epcon program.
